Processing Time - The expected order processing time is mentioned with the products. Usually, we dispatch your order immediately. Since our products are authentic handmade, sometimes it may take 7-10 business days or more to dispatch your orders.

Delivery Time - We ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We ship worldwide through our reputed global shipping partners for the fastest as well as hassle-free delivery. Only express shipping is used to enhance your shopping experience.

• Domestic shipments [within India] : 2-3 business days after being dispatched.

• International shipments [other countries] : 3-5 business days after being dispatch in express delivery.

  
  

  We provide COD shipping options on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

  
  

  Return, Exchange or Refund Policy:

  Craftyle has a friendly return and exchange or refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. Since we are not always perfect so even after our hard work, there might be things that may not hold up to your expectations. So you have the option to return and exchange items or claim a refund against your purchase at www.craftyle.com and we are here to support you.

  We allow easy return & exchange or refunds for,

  1. Products which are received in Damaged/Defective/Broken conditions.

  2. Products that do not match with the photo or details given in the site.

  3. In case, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products.

  The following items can't be returned or exchanged,

  1. Custom or personalized orders

  2. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  In any condition, the dispute must be registered with the seller within 48 hrs. of the shipment being delivered. The products must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with the invoice and our brand tag within 7 days. ​The refund will be initiated within 10 days through your original payment method that was used during the purchase of the products.​

  Cancellation Policy:

  ​We don't accept cancellations once the order is placed. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
